I appreciate the time this app frees up. However, I have to regularly keep an eye on it to ensure it's working properly. There is a lot of uninstalling and reinstalling that takes place. This morning, it isn't working at all no matter what I've tried. To say it's frustrating is an understatement. I view this as an investment and my return is questionable too often. Update 24 hours from the review I left.... It's busted again. 1/2 Update done... And still not working yet again

Why is the account inactive if I paid for a subscription? They did not send me an email receipt, so thank goodness for bank receipts. By the way, their description statement is referred to as a "signature authorization" on the bank receipt. The name is not theirs. Update: It's 4:36pm, and I have only 375 shares. I've got it set to at least 9,000k per day. Why have my shares dropped dramatically after I paid the subscription? On the trial, the shares were distributed frequently.

UPDATE! THIS APP HAS DOUBLE BILLED ME 3 MONTHS IN A ROW. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HUMAN, JUST A CHAT BOT. I HAD MULTIPLE CHATS WITH SIDEKICK TO GET THEM TO CORRECT THEIR ERRORS. NOPE THEY KEPT ALL OF THAT $ Great when it works. It's down frequently and you don't know until you notice your sharing count is low. I've had a subscription for 9 months and today it says my trial subscription has expired. I DONT HAVE A TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION. So I contact them and wait and wait for a generic response.
