I cant stand this app and website. Since they both are terrible you might as well just use the site & avoid being tracked 24/7.Worst is You can't reply to a message. Every single time you need to reply, you have to start a new conversation. If you zoom in to see something small, It doesn't allow you to see or move the page to see anything off to the side. Some notifications will not go away, EVER!

this app is not user friendly at all. navigating it is so confusing. I can never find what I need. I keep being notified that I have outstanding tasks and new documents when I don't. I can't reply to messages (though that may be clinic specific). please just have one menu where we can see everything. also, if I'm scrolling through the million messages (since I can't reply) trying to find a specific one, it resets to the top/ most recent every time. same for lab results. please hold my place.

this app is useless, it doesn't tell me anything or help me in any way. i have to go in through their web portal to enter information instead of just entering it in their the app, and then I get error messages when i try to log in with my credentials through their web portal, and the only way to fix it is to contact the doctor'soffice which is closed on the weekends. I don't think think this is user friendly and is very frustrating to use. if i could give it less than 1 star i would.
