I cant stand this app and website. Since they both are terrible you might as well just use the site & avoid being tracked 24/7.Worst is You can't reply to a message. Every single time you need to reply, you have to start a new conversation. If you zoom in to see something small, It doesn't allow you to see or move the page to see anything off to the side. Some notifications will not go away, EVER!

This app is very slow, and very confusing. The computer portal is very slow but not as confusing. I have viewed my order labs, prescriptions, and other necessary documents and it still says I have not. The majority of the time the appointments do not come up in the app to confirm them.......I also had to get a new phone and now it does not send text notifications which I can't seem to fix even with wiping the app on my phone and signing in with the login code. It has potential but it needs work.

One star is too high of a review. I've had this app for awhile now and it has never worked right. Now since the last update, I can't open any documents. It tells me I need to install software I already have. Unfortunately, my doc requires this for communication. The only thing I can use it for at this point is basic email to and from. I can't even reply. And if there are any documents, they have to send them to my normal email outside the app anyway. Worst app I've ever used. EVER!!!
