Great store, all you need in one place. Often discounts are one of the reasons I keep coming back. The other reason is I can usually buy all cosmetics for me and my family in one place rather than going from one store to another and struggle to find stock. Just started using the app, all works great, but didn't get the option for express delivery although all items in my basket were eligible for it, which was a pity, but got big discount for shopping in app, which was great. Would recommend 👌👍

Useless and uncomfortable app. Doesn't stay connected. Doesn't want to connect sometimes randomly. Doesn't remember id or e-mail or password(you have to write it every time). Doesn't have this option. Very weak app. I from mistake changed the app language/zone when i was abroad, and had to uninstall and reinstall it in order to get the language back. Then i uninstalled it completely cause it's so annoying. Nothing ever works inside this app. Only errors and delays and freeze.

One of the best places in The UK & Europe to buy fragrances & cosmetics. Fantastic prices. I only wish they had a next day option for deliveries, like their competitors, as they only have one option & that delivery does take 5 or 6 days & you have to pay more for slow delivery here than you do for next day delivery elsewhere, which most places do free. Notino are missing a trick there. Having said that, everything else about them is awesome. Very friendly & helpful too if you need any help.
