I'm going to miss you guys when Tmobile takes over in August. You were great and a well established company for rural areas looking for phone service. Even in Florida, my phone was working wherever I took it, and I never had a drop call. From a customer of over 10 years, I'm going to miss you. Neither the app, nor the website, can process my payments. I've quadruple checked my pay card, tested it on other transactions elsewhere, and used three different Links generated by tech support agents. And even after they "confirmed" everything and assured me the autopay withdrawal should take place the next day, I still get a grace period reminder in the morning, the site still can't process my payment, and when I try as a guest, it can no longer process my phone number. What is wrong with you

Seems to be a simple web page wrapper of the prepaid site so it doesn't really do anything that the site can't do which is barely anything to begin with. You can't check usage, change plans, change phone number, change devices, check call logs, get your account number, etc. The only thing you can do is see your phone number, check your balance, add money to your balance (make a payment), set up auto pay, set up text/email alerts and look at payment history.
