Neither the app, nor the website, can process my payments. I've quadruple checked my pay card, tested it on other transactions elsewhere, and used three different Links generated by tech support agents. And even after they "confirmed" everything and assured me the autopay withdrawal should take place the next day, I still get a grace period reminder in the morning, the site still can't process my payment, and when I try as a guest, it can no longer process my phone number. What is wrong with you

This app doesnt load properly. It never shows my home screen in the app so whenever and if ever I have to conduct any business or get information on my account then I have to call us cellular and it gets super annoying trying to understand the us cellular customer service reps whenever they try helping you. I gave such a low rating that hopefully theyll fix the bugs in the app correctly

I was on hold with customer service for 28 minutes. All that time, I received information about all the great things I could do with the app. See new promos ~ doesn't exist Add service ~ doesn't exist. About all you can do is pay your bill and check usage. What a waste of my time.
