Their support for freelance journalists is atrocious. They never reply to my emails or chats despite me sending messages, then follow up messages. They used to offer support on WhatsApp but dont do that anymore. I feel like I've been ghosted by them. Its disappointing because I did actually make money from 1 photo I sold. But the app is also so glitchy. There's no phone number for support that I can find anywhere. They even have the cheek to say they're available 24/7 which is a total lie.

My name was not on the guest list, and I was told that without an invite there was absolutely no possibility of gaining access. This was extremely disappointing. I travelled a long way and incurred costs to attend, only to be denied entry at the door. Had I been informed earlier that I was not on the list, I would not have made the

No tasks in UK ....I really would nor recommend downloading it there is no point if you are nothing usa or those that are, are not local at all because they are miles away in different big city (ex i am in london and the tasks is in Manchester) ...payment options are low ,and way to do is weird
