App used to be good but the last month or so a few things have gone to $hit. Now when you go into the Prezzee app "wallet" to check the balance of your gift cards, it freezes up after clicking "not a robot" & won't show you your balance. I have two gift cards sitting there but no idea how much is left on them & need to know before going to the shop!! Also when clicking the link in email to "open gift" (your gift card), you're no longer taken to the Prezzee app but now browser & stuffed around.

Well suprise suprise, another app that doesn't work when you want it to, my gift card didn't work, wouldn't even load, why give gift cards if they don't work? don't bother, it's just another "get them to download it, make the numbers look bigger". As an occasional marks and sparks shopper, honestly stick to the store app and you won't be Disappointed.

Absolutely do not recommend; the amount of difficulty i have accessing my gift cards is ridiculous and not to mention the fact there are always " technical difficulties". You get little to no help when you run into an issue which makes the situation even more frustrating. Everytime I go to sign in, my account is never found either.
