Ratings and reviews

The app and system seemed fine until I was blocked. The blocked page lists a bunch of arbitrary reasons for being block and only has a faceless feedback section. No number to call no time frame given. Very disconcerting when you have money in there you cannot access and you're standing in the shop. In future will always convert into a gift card and screenshot as the app can dic you around.

When it works its fine. But already, several times I've been let down at the checkout with prompts (well demands) to update the app. Holding the queue up and juggling groceries is not the ideal place to be reconfiguring your phone. Good use x2, nonfunctional x3, so its a fail. Good idea of it works.

I was skeptical at first because of reviews and comments about issues. I ordered my card, and immediately messaged customer service to make sure everything was accurate. The card kept saying "maggianos" even though I bought one for merchandise. I had no issues with my card, and it worked the first time with no issues. I would use this app again, I would just be careful about what service I'm purchasing it for. I would definitely say message them if you have any issues.
