Feeling deflated with this mobile app since the update. Every time I log in I have to put in my user ID and password to be sent a passcode by text... When I read the text, and then open window for this app I have get a new passcode... It is a no win situation. How can I read a text and then put in my details?
Updated review based on being able to log in by ignoring second verification code. Like the app gives easy access to data held about you by hmrc. Hopefully the login issues are fully resolved soon. Original review Still doesn't work with 2 step verification. If it gets fixed will update the review
Absolutely awful, takes several attempts to login, just tried about 5 times to login but won't let ne login. What is the point if having this app if you still need desktop to login.
Had the App, set up a pin, all good. Got update(s), no longer an option for a pin and redirects to a web page. Shockingly bad.
When this app works it's great!! But I keep having to register,.very annoying.
Eventally got an access code that worked and was able to set up a pin for easy log in...an update followed and booted me out so it was back through the whole process again! The app itself is ok otherwise!
