In all honesty and good faith in using the app they suddenly deactivated my account that has cash and fuel balance due to cash in transaction happened last Oct 2023 WHICH ONLY NOW they have detected where in fact this was supposed to be a system issue on their end. Why pass the burden to user which I didn't do anything at all than by simply using it? Also, Customer Service is quite slow in resolving the issue and upto now can't still login to my account. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

My account suddenly got inactive and no longer able to login. I still had my funds in it and been using it almost 2-3 times a week. Makes no sense why it become not active. No response from its app support and no response from fb messenger as well. It been a couple of days and no one responded. Worst support experience and not recommended.

After several use of this app and fill "my fuel tank'' I cannot login anymore as they have suspended my account. I still have worth 5k of fuel on "my fuel tank". I send email to reactivate my account to there support services but never responded, I felt robbed with this app. This is a scam. True you can save with this app, but when they suspend your account, your being robbed. I was robbed 5k with this app. Very disappointing, I will never use this up in the future, not recommended.
