FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does my phone support eSIM? — Most phones from 2018 onwards do (iPhone XS/XR and newer, most Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and many others). The app checks your model for you.
Do I keep my number? — Yes. Your physical SIM stays active for calls and messages; only your mobile data goes through the PRIeSIM eSIM.
When does the plan start? — When you connect at your destination with data roaming enabled for the eSIM. The validity days count from the first connection.
Are there hidden fees? — No. You pay only for the plan you choose.
