I'm on multiple apps and this one is by far the least user friendly. Biometric login is hit or miss, SGP very limited, player props are difficult to sort. Right now the app download is down with no ETR so I can only place bets using the web app - after downloading extra software for location tracking. I like the Upcoming Games (then pick timeframe) tab they offer on the front page but it is hit or miss as it does not select all games in that timeframe which is frustrating. A Work In Progress.

I done the promotion for the 100% deposit match, it's very misleading on how it works and takes forever to get through the rollover just to cash out. thankfully I broke even but could have easily lost my entire deposit. The book also doesn't display scores on most sports and is easily the worst I've ever used. They did pay out right away but I will not be using them again, the user interface is atrocious. I've used every book in Ohio and this is my least favorite.

Terrible gaming App. Odds aren't show for parlays, some bets are rejected with no explanation, the amount of prop bets is limited, it doesn't live track your bets, and the requirements for my bonus are different than what I was told when signing up (2x play through vs 1 in the TOC). The only reason I'm still using it is my deposit is trapped and can't be withdrawn. It's been several years since this became legal, there is no excuse for launching now with something this bad. STAY AWAY!
