The new app functions well, now. There were some initial issues that have been resolved. The only bug currently, is if I have the finger print scanner activated and I leave the app open until my screen times out, when I open my phone again, the finger print scanner opens for the PT app, immediately and freezes my phone screen. I then have to tap the power button, (putting my phone to sleep), then open my phone again and then it'll let me close the PT app. It's done this since day one.

Massive improvement from the original mobile application, and though it has mobile deposits now, the system for doing so is super outdated by having you write a whole bunch of things on the back end. I've done mobile deposits with a handful of other banks, and NONE have ever had that kind of requirement. Still lots of inconsistencies with the company itself, but at least it's trying to progress.

I love this new app-seems as if there is a lot of options to get detailed in my finances....but I cannot see my primetrust credit card transactions, although I can see the balance. I am one of those people who logs in nearly daily to be sure nothing is coming through that shouldn't be, so imagine how it is driving me crazy that I cannot see my credit card transactions! The option is there, but it tells me no available transactions. Older transactions won't upload either. Please fix!
