I can't reset a password for two days now. Whenever I want to reset, it takes me to home page. I try to change browser, it's the same. I tried to uninstall the App and download it again, it's the same. This is the first time I have come across a password reset system like this. But it's a beautiful site although can do better.

Publishing issues make this a very horrible app and service. It will randomly fail to publish products out of nowhere and the chat agents aren't very helpful with troubleshooting issues. I'd say don't use it unless you're willing to work through a very complex, frustrating channel to do your business.

it's extremely laggy a bunch of my products crash and are deleted before I'm able to publish them. there is massive traffic issues that makes a website inaccessible for certain hours of the day. if somebody who's just starting out their website and art business I am greatly disappointed at the poor quality of one of the top of the line service providers that I've been told to go to. seems as if as I do my research all of these issues are happening in 2026. potentially this app is on its way out.
