It's frustrating when you're forced to download an app for something that could easily be done on the website. The user experience definitely takes a hit. Maybe the company needs to invest in better project management and improve the customer journey.

Hi Hitesh, thank you for the feedback, and apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. While Privyr works best via the Privyr app, rest assured that downloading the Privyr mobile app is optional once logged in to Privyr web as you'll have the option to skip it by clicking on "Skip this for now" to use the Privyr web right away. Thanks!

Wrost app loading speed is very slow. Take almost 03 min to load screen and every time stuck during performaning any task.
