Whoever designed this service should never work on a server or touch a computer ever again. Forcing people to download the app is scummy. I log in to make an appointment once a month, using the website makes more sense. And no, "adding appointments" does not count as still allowing you to use the website. I want full control to make, see and cancel appointments plus all the other stuff. It's BS and the person who made this change knows it.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The PC version still works as before. We can assure you that the purpose for using the app is more related to usability in general, functionality that we plan on improving more in the app then on web, and giving an overall better experience to our users with maps, booking notifications, and much more.

okay, the fact that I can only connect with Facebook google or my phone isn't my favorite choice ... I would have liked to make a normal account with email and password. for the phone number, you get a one time password (6 digit numerical code) that for some reason is hidden like it would be a password ... I don't think I've ever seen this anywhere else ... why ? it's just confusing it's not that critical that the code remains secret. password form also isn't recognized by password managers.

They started forcing the app on you. Before you could choose an appointment from the browser/google. Now they force you to download the app.

Hi! Thanks for the feedback! You can still add appointments from mero.ro, but certain features are only available in the app. Thus, in the app, you have access to appointment history, favorite salons, map search. Unlike the web, the app allows reminder notifications, leading to reduced no-shows and has unique benefits and perks.
