The app is useless, every time I try to check out I get a message saying that my payment method can't be verified when I have an account with a major bank. I'm trying to get ahold of customer service but no one is answering. How do y'all expect people to buy from y'all when you can't even make the initial payment. This is a nightmare. I suggest y'all use snap finance instead, it's way easier and way better. They approve u then deny u when u go check out. do better.

Approved me for a loan, then when I was ready to buy my items, all of a sudden there was a problem and I have to wait 30 days and "reapply" despite the fact I'm already approved! A complete waste of time and looking at reviews I dodged a bullet. Bad company and NO I WONT CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE USELESS!!!

SO PREDATORY!!! Unless you have no option, don't go through them! I used them to get my dryer at BestBuy and everything was so Sketchy. It let me make a couple early payments, but then it would tell me no matter the card I used that it was insufficient funds/error on cards I had plenty of money on. when I paid extra, instead of taking payments off the end, it took them off the beginning so I wouldn't pay it off early. When I did the early buy out, I finally had call b/c it declined everything.
