If your provider has not instructed you to use this app, you will not be able to access its features.

For enrolled patients, ProgressIQ helps you stay on track with your personalized care plan between visits. You can log adherence, track symptoms, and complete guided check-ins so your practitioner has a clear picture of your progress at your next appointment.

This app supports communication and tracking between you and your practitioner. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and your data is not monitored in real time.

What’s new

If you had an item for which you took it 2x or 3x a day, but the timing was not set (set to 'Any time') it would repeat the same item 2 or 3 times, confusing some patients. Now it's consolidated to a single card
