Totally useless. Can't synchronize in the app at all. Tried contacting support for help, but with no effect. Will uninstall the app and return to using the website (at least it shows all the tickets). P.s. when using the virtual card as login I get into the account of some random guy with the same surname. Just surreal

Kateryna, the sync may not work because you used Apple Pay or Google Pay. In this case, to synchronize, you must specify the virtual card number that is assigned to your device for the specified payment methods.

Service is very good and more helpful than the uk system applications that I have used. Simple and in English. My phone did not function when I was leaving and it was so easy to verify my tickets in person at the station office in Kharkiv.

So far I've had good experience. Really nice and clean app for such purpose as ordering tickets. Only thing is I have tried few times to pay with my card and it didn't accept it but this issue might be not related to app itself.

Thanks for the great review! Most likely, the problem with the card is due to the fact that the card is an overseas bank. In this case, you need to contact the bank and allow to make purchases in our application. Have a nice day!
