it says you can update direct deposit but when I get to the screen to do so the direct deposit bar is grayed out and can't click it to update direct deposit hate their pay card too many fees

first of all the ready pay where you can withdraw money if you need it half the time does not work I would rather use daily pay because they only pay you never gave me a problems and then just I don't even know what's the point of this app

This is one of the worst payroll apps ever , since May 28 ,2024 No one has been able to access their paychecks, and as of June 2024 after all the changes to the App platform the direct deposit section is Not matching what was actually deposited. When you contact the company they tell you to contact your supervisor. The problem isn't with the supervisor, it's that proliant has screwed up the app.
