It's pretty straightforward and simply to use the app, although if you need to talk with a actual customer service representative. That can be somewhat of a hassle as they do not offer 24/7 support.

of all problems I could have with this app it has to be when I need to use my sick time. I try to submit a day to use it, but the app crashes on me repeatedly. I'm told it's a bug so I reinstall only to have the same thing happen again.

this application is practically useless in my opinion. the amount of downtime they have for their servers is farcical at this point, especially given the type of app this is. having servers down for an entire day once a week would be unacceptable from a mobile game, let alone an app we entrust our banking info with. additionally their "customer service" is practically worthless seeing as they don't even bother replying to emails when such issues arise.
