Ratings and reviews

The app never worked when I tried to look for few things. When I try to chat online for help, I see a grey cover on the messages. I was receivin the replies, lately always, but couldn't see them because of this app full of bugs and unprofessional coding of it. There aren't even any good options like other insurers for easyness and customers reach out. When I tried to reinstall app, it never opened again!! If this is what I get after paying $2000, I am never gona recommend you too anyone else.

I've been using the PSI Health mobile app for a year now and I couldn't be more impressed. The user interface is sleek making it incredibly easy to navigate. Highly recommended!

None of the links on the find a doctor help page work. The app serves little or no function depending on whether you consider it's bright red color an element of decor.
