PSPCL is migrating to new billing system. Therefore, this app is only available for city sirhind subdivision. Consumers belonging to other subdivisions may continue using the existing PSPCL Consumer Services.
The PSPCL Consumer App is the official mobile application of the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL), designed to give consumers easy, secure, and convenient access to electricity services — anytime, anywhere. With this app, you can view and pay your electricity bills, track consumption, register service requests, and stay updated with power supply information.

Ratings and reviews

After downloading app, you cannot register. Old ID number NOT responding, new number does NOT help regiteration. Most frustrating change made on a functional system. It is not progress but regression, to frustrate consumers. Bad show.

1. More changes are required, in a single sign in if a person wants to add more electricity accounts, it should be possible. 2. Current reading like if I want to see from 1 jun to 6 jun how many units consumed with meter reading for smart meter is not displaying.

This app has been downgraded from the previous one. Issue with the app noticed as below 1. Not a stable app 2. Not able to check the units consumption with custom dates. 3. Not showing the latest reading in the app. 4. No option to register a complaint. 5. Chat bot is useless as not even taking the queries. in short pspcl has created a dummy.
