WHAT PSYCHPOD IS
PsychPod is a mood journal and wellbeing tracker for adults who want to understand themselves better. It is not a treatment, a diagnosis, or a replacement for a mental health professional. Use it on its own, alongside therapy, or between sessions with your therapist or GP.
HOW IT WORKS
Daily check-ins. A short set of questions across six wellbeing domains: mood, sleep, focus, calm, energy, and social connection. About 90 seconds.
Wellbeing score. A personal score updates with every check-in, so you can see where you stand at a glance.
Pattern insights. View your history as charts and trends. Spot what lifts you and what drains you.
Mood journal voice notes. Record a short voice note alongside any check-in to capture how you really feel in your own words.
Habits. Add personal habits that integrate into your daily check-in flow, so you can track what actually works.
Smart reminders. Pick a daily notification time so you never miss a check-in.
A THERAPY COMPANION
Many people use PsychPod between sessions with their therapist, counsellor, or GP. The clinician export turns your check-in history into a clean wellbeing report you can share with the person supporting you. Patterns over weeks are often more useful than memory alone.
