About this app

PsychPod is a clinician-designed mood journal and wellbeing tracker that helps you understand your patterns through 90-second daily check-ins. Track mood, sleep, focus, calm, energy, and social connection. Watch your trends emerge as charts over time. No advice, no diagnoses, just clear pictures of your week, kept private.

Memory is a poor instrument for tracking mental wellbeing. We compress the hard days and forget the steady ones. PsychPod gives you a longer view of yourself than recall alone can provide.

WHAT PSYCHPOD IS

PsychPod is a mood journal and wellbeing tracker for adults who want to understand themselves better. It is not a treatment, a diagnosis, or a replacement for a mental health professional. Use it on its own, alongside therapy, or between sessions with your therapist or GP.

HOW IT WORKS

Daily check-ins. A short set of questions across six wellbeing domains: mood, sleep, focus, calm, energy, and social connection. About 90 seconds.

Wellbeing score. A personal score updates with every check-in, so you can see where you stand at a glance.

Pattern insights. View your history as charts and trends. Spot what lifts you and what drains you.

Mood journal voice notes. Record a short voice note alongside any check-in to capture how you really feel in your own words.

Habits. Add personal habits that integrate into your daily check-in flow, so you can track what actually works.

Smart reminders. Pick a daily notification time so you never miss a check-in.

A THERAPY COMPANION

Many people use PsychPod between sessions with their therapist, counsellor, or GP. The clinician export turns your check-in history into a clean wellbeing report you can share with the person supporting you. Patterns over weeks are often more useful than memory alone.

DESIGNED BY A DOCTOR

PsychPod is designed by a medical doctor with a focus on mental wellbeing. That informs the wording of the questions, the choice of domains, and what the app deliberately does not do.

WHAT IS INSIDE

Friends and social updates: connect with a few trusted people for mutual support, no public feeds.

Achievements and badges: small milestones that build the daily check-in habit.

Profile and avatar: make the app yours.

Translations: English, Russian, Georgian, and Portuguese.

Web access: also available at psychpod.org for browser users.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Your data is yours. PsychPod does not sell or share check-in data, and there are no third-party advertisers.

Research sharing is strictly opt-in and fully anonymised. No email, no identifiers. You can withdraw consent and delete your data at any time. Full terms and privacy policy at psychpod.org.
