My FairfieldCA enables service requests to be submitted directly to the appropriate department in the City of Fairfield. Your requests will be handled quickly and efficiently, and you’ll be notified the instant they are resolved!

Ratings and reviews

App is completely useless. Its required for you to enter your phone number to file a report. you can not enter a phone number in that field. FFPD told me to use the app because code enforcement doesn't respond to there voice mail.

If the app messes up, I just uninstall/reinstall and it works again. This app is also on the City website (fairfield.ca.gov) so you don't have to download this but it makes attaching photos very easy to your report/complaint. I've used this app and watched my complaints get resolved by code enforcement. Some problems are "easy" and some will take time. Read your Municipal Code and learn something, folks. If you can't cite your code for problems you see in town, time to crack that code book open!

Incompatible with my Google Pixel 6, would not open after repeated attempts and uninstalls / reinstalls etc.
