City of Merced citizens can submit service requests directly through their mobile device. Merced Connect enables service requests to be submitted directly to the City of Merced, where it will be automatically routed to the correct department for proper handling. This means your service requests will be responded to quickly and efficiently, and you'll be notified the instant they are resolved!

Have you used it for a few years now, and despite its weaknesses, especially with the mapping I managed to get some things accomplished. Lately it's practically unusable. I put the address in of different issues and it always comes up the address is outside the boundaries. fix whatever you fixed

Works as well as the city of Merced. You can use this all you want but they will not fix any issue you report. After a while they just mark it completed even if no one has done anything.

Will not open anymore. Try to reinstall and it still doesn't work. Very disappointing.
