I started using home delivery during lock down, it was brilliant although sometimes I got annoyed with the app. When we were allowed to get out again, I changed to click and collect. I am delighted with all the work that has been done with the app now, which definitely makes shopping easy for a woman in her seventies. Thank you very much.

I found the experience very straightforward and would use again but I found the procedure for using the vouchers etc. awkward. It requests voucher numbers at the end and I was using up quite a few so I ignored it and the transaction went through with the value of the vouchers taken off the total. Don't ask me how it happened though. But, yes it was easy to navigate the procedure I also had reason to speak to o e of your agents and she was very courteous and helpful.

Serviceable app, I use a lot - but the text editing fields for the "note" are - okay I assume the character limit is deliberate, but WHY can't I go back and edit previously written bits (e.g. a typo early on) without deleting the text I've written since then? That doesn't help anyone! I'm a programming intern and I'm pretty sure whatever error you've got there I could fix in a couple days at most so get on it, it's a pain every time I make a typo. Or hire me and I'll fix it for you, geez :P
