were are my items,i can clearly see that i ordered 84 items ,but when clicking order page and clicking delivery option shows 64,also why the new update doesnt include the option to add previous delivery to basket as it done before,its just stupid for developers to remove it,and even more frustrating is for customers as now,if i liked my order i have to click every freakiiin item separately to be added to the basket

Everything was fine for a couple of years, with minor glitches. For the past few months, the app has been acting strange. Almost every week, it requires you to reauthorize your Club Card. This always comes as a surprise when you're standing in line at the checkout, making it impossible to use. I don't know if this is due to the AI ​​or something else, but you definitely need to change this.

Card payments often don't work, I was stuck on a broken looking webpage with a loading message for a long time. it used to at least show a "click here if you aren't redirected" button after a while of it not loading, but this time it never appeared. Then it wouldn't even let me take a screenshot of the page to try to report the issue. Eventually it worked, but only after installing it on a different device, which is ridiculous to have to do just to access basic functionality of your app.
