The app is ok. I find there's not enough choice in the online shopping as in the store, and often ordinary stuff is unavailable that's a bummer which means I need to go to another store anyway to get it so that makes it very inconvenient. Also the packers make a mess of some foods by placing heavy items on top of delicate ones especially the bananas, sliced pans and lettuce get squashed into a pulp! A lot of improvement needed to get 5 stars from me.

We've used the app a few times now to order stuff for delivery and almost every time you have to go through the checkout process several times (including approval in the bank app) and the order still doesn't go through sometimes. Now I have to go get everything myself and since we don't have a car, this is the opposite of the convenience we TRY and pay for

The Tesco App and the delivery service are a life saver for me! Living in the Wicklow mountains it saves me at least 2 hours of having to drive to the shop and back. All the drivers - and I really mean all of them - are friendly, polite and super helpful! The app is easy to use and changes to my shopping list before the delivery date are easy to do (once you get the hang of it). I can honestly say that Tesco delivery made grocery shopping so much easier for me! 😊
