Card payments often don't work, I was stuck on a broken looking webpage with a loading message for a long time. it used to at least show a "click here if you aren't redirected" button after a while of it not loading, but this time it never appeared. Then it wouldn't even let me take a screenshot of the page to try to report the issue. Eventually it worked, but only after installing it on a different device, which is ridiculous to have to do just to access basic functionality of your app.

In-store shopping list store locator is only showing me 10 stores dotted around the country, not the 3 closest to me? I have 3 in 3 different towns, all within 25 mins drive and I choose which one I go to by checking stock levels in each. Picking one at random and hoping they have most of what I need in stock is a waste of my time. Also can't click into multi buy offers anymore which is annoying.

Had to make endless attempts to complete credit card payment. Obtained approval from my bank but then told there is a Network issue try later. Bank confirmed that th ere is no issue at their end. I've lost 3 delivery slots because of this. if I get this issue again will have to use another supermarket.
