Ratings and reviews

It is a bare bones-nothing special rewards program. No sign-up bonus or anything. Ocassional $7 deals are good. App will not let you use 2 payment methods when you order, meaning your remaining gift card balance can't be used alongside your debit. This was so frustrating for me and I ended up placing two orders instead of one and could not give a tip or else I would have an "insufficient balance" (such bs)

UI/UX leaves much to be desired. I had 2 coupons, and when trying to add the 2nd one it said I could only have 1 coupon. Ok, no prob, but if that's the case I'd rather use my 2nd coupon then because it expires first. But oh wait, there's no option to see/modify/remove your coupons - it just says "discount" near the total price. Missed quite a few edge cases here.

The app works, mostly, but it is missing some really basic pizza features such as EXTRA CHEESE option, second cheese option, medium size, large size, and Sicilian. It also really needs some simple convenience features like the ability to save favorite pizza setups, actually use my favorite store instead of making me search every time, the ability to see menu/pizza options without going through the ordering system. Though, since there has never been any response to criticism, I doubt they care.
