The new rollout of the app is a monumental waste of time for people in a hurry. You cannot select any of your recent or favorite orders -- they have to be entered in manually every time. Along with that, it does not save your card information anymore. It, too, must be entered in manually each and every time you order on the app. It used to so easy and fast, and you could order in about 90 seconds. Now it takes several minutes

Completely unusable. All I want to do is check my points status, but it won't let me leave the online ordering page. Hell, THAT doesn't even work! It's having a seizure trying to figure out where I am, despite me giving the app permission to know my location. Entering my address doesn't work either. Trying to back out of online ordering results in an endless loading screen. You know the phrase "if it ain't broke, don't fix it?" Well, apparently Moe's doesn't. The old app worked flawlessly.

It absolutely doesn't work. You would expect it to have been fixed quickly, but it still just sits there, unusable. There is no account info anymore and there is a back arrow button on the screen that goes nowhere. It's somewhat comical how useless it is and their app developers have no clue.
