I'm a QA for Android and iOS game apps. I would have never allowed this hot garbage to get past me. FIRE THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE for newer design. It doesn't work and is also not aesthetically pleasing like the old version. This new version is unusable. There is no way to access my rewards points. There is no way to see the current offers. I no longer get notifications on the deals that are available. Yes, notifications are turned on.

Their previous app was fine, the "new and improved" app is awful. Super slow to open (on a Pixel 7 Pro) and launches into picking a location to start an order. CAN'T do anything else, specifically scan receipts for rewards or check balance. They should return to the previous app that worked, fire and then sue the developer, and then try again. They are redoing their locations to be very pickup friendly to match the app and are forgetting those who like to eat there! Not welcome to Moe's.

I had the same issue as with all other reviewers when the app updated. I didn't know where the normal home screen went to see my rewards or to scan the QR code. I went ahead and pretended like I'm going to place an order using the app. After selecting the location and choose when to pick up, voila, the home screen appears! Everything is ok again. 😀
