Places an order March 1st. The order was cancelled. I didn't receive any notification. I just happened to log in and saw the cancellation. I thought it was a mistake so I placed the order again on March 5th. Logged in the next day and the order was cancelled again. I called customer service and the reason was the shipping address was unverifiable, even though this address has been verified since 2002. After two weeks of requesting a call from a supervisor, I'm still waiting for that call.

Purchasing Power is pricey but, it allows you to purchase quality products on your terms without all the hassles or hidden costs. No credit checks, so there are no hits to your credit for small purchases. There are no late fees, everything is straight forward with affordable purchasing options & a easy to use mobile app. PP also offer sales, discounts, promotional deals, & delivery with setup services. This is a great service for people on a budget. I'm new to the app & it's awesome thus far.

Love the app, has most good selections and some name brands but many unknown. The one major thing that stops me from purchasing anything other than the high interest is the overpriced tags. Buying anything is from double to quadruple the price and, for some, even more. That's just outrageous, I get it, you guys need to make some money too, but that's just insane gouging.

What’s new

In this release we have fine tuned the performance of the app and smashed some bugs. We are also rolling out additional security enhancements that will introduce a new required 2 factor authentication process for logging in for some clients/customers. Those not impacted by this will not see this change, and can utilize the optional 2fa flow that already exists in the app
