The application is very basic. It can be used to do the firmware updates and enable the cruise control and have some complementary information (total of kilometers, remaining range). Of course, we could expect much more from the app: stats, trip history, tips, etc. Also, it is not possible to keep the dashboard information from the scooter without being connected to it. For the CO2 saver, I would suggest to give the possibility to the user to enter its own average.

After registering my e scooter I haven't been able to connect it to the app at all, it keeps giving errors. It worked maybe 3 times, but after 10 minutes in stand-by, the connection was gone and the scooter turned itself off. The scooter itself has been great so far, but I haven't been able to use the app, which is really annoying. I have already reinstalled the app, tried reconnecting etc, but nothing works. Hoping for a fix asap. I'll be updating this review later.

Compared to the Segway-Ninebot app I had to use previously, this is a big step backwards. Don't get me wrong, the basics are covered by this app and I actually like that there is no social/community segment. But I wish I could see more information and stats about my scooter, as well as change more settings (e.g. limiting to what percentage the battery should be charged). Please improve this app so it's more in line with what the scooters have to offer!
