After registering my e scooter I haven't been able to connect it to the app at all, it keeps giving errors. It worked maybe 3 times, but after 10 minutes in stand-by, the connection was gone and the scooter turned itself off. The scooter itself has been great so far, but I haven't been able to use the app, which is really annoying. I have already reinstalled the app, tried reconnecting etc, but nothing works. Hoping for a fix asap. I'll be updating this review later.

Compared to the Segway-Ninebot app I had to use previously, this is a big step backwards. Don't get me wrong, the basics are covered by this app and I actually like that there is no social/community segment. But I wish I could see more information and stats about my scooter, as well as change more settings (e.g. limiting to what percentage the battery should be charged). Please improve this app so it's more in line with what the scooters have to offer!

App works if you keep it open all the time. But if you go on another app, lock your phone, minimise it, pop up screen or half screen. It doesn't like and hangs. I then have to force close and reopen it. The lock mechanism is most useful but a pain to use due to above problems. Also talks about setting a pin code for your scooter but seems to be no method to do this through the app.
