It's easy to use, lots of options price wise, family and friends can share photos to your Aura frame and of course it's all controlled by you. Bought a couple of frames for family members at Christmas and I can tell you, it was worth it! No regrets. Also, their customer service is just awesome. Thanks 👍😊

My parents are not easy people to get presents for, they have what they need. This Aura frame was such a winner, even my Dad still talks about it. My siblings and I were easily able to add photos and with the app I can quickly keep adding photos. Anytime my parents ask a question about a photo, I jump on the app because you can easily see the photo they are looking at. What an easy way to stay connected with family far away!

If you have an android phone and want to set this up on your work's Wi-Fi and they require you to log in (what they call a captive portal web page), then you are going to be real frustrated because the only way to get the frame connected is using their iOS app. this functionality has been missing from the android app for over 2 years!!! That's terrible customer service and just lazy.
