Ratings and reviews

New update is not great. Won't let me sign out of my account. It just keeps going right back to the menu screen. Edit: Won't let me do the mobile check deposit. Keeps saying that I need to write "For TTCU Mobile Deposit Only" on the back of the check, which I have, and it still just keeps giving me an error message. Extremely frustrating to use.

This is not a user friendly app. The menu is overly complicated and certain functions don't work. I even used it on iphone and one plus9. Simple example, You can't select a loan and pay a bill from there. Instead you have to do it from the menu under the service's tab? Why? I can't think of another app that doesn't have the most important function easily accessible. Just a bunch of stuff like that. I wish they copied USAA or something.

Downloaded it just fine, but it is not accepting the information I am putting in to sign up. It accepts my card number, nothing else. I have tried (4) separate times now, got locked out once. Thought, ' maybe I signed up a long time ago? ' so I had it do a forgot your password email. Never got one, so I assume that's not the issue. Not sure if this app is no good or if I am missing something. Pretty frustrating.
