Everything about the app when signed in is fine, but I've had an issue occur now on several occasions where for some reason my fingerprint scan says it's "wrong" and then locks me out of the account entirely after a single sign-on attempt, resulting in having to call into customer service to reset. This is , in itself, rather annoying. It's even more annoying when this occurs on a Saturday after 4pm there's nobody to call until Monday, and I'm locked out of my entire account for several days.

Hanscom is the worst bank I have ever used. I cannot log in my account suddenly because the username is wrong. it has been the same for 10 years. when callingng CS about this I had a wait time of 2 hours!!!!! absolutely unacceptable. do not use them as Customer Service is non existent! stay away

Congratulations. This goes down as one of the worst roll-outs of a new webpage and new app for Personal accounts that I've ever experienced. For those of you with Personal accounts, this is the new Business account app. It will not work for you, and the Personal account app is not reachable at this time.
