I like it
App is great for what it is. Only issue I have is every time I go to log in I have to obtain a security code even though I have already registered my device numerous times. This needs to be addressed because I don't always have immediate access to my email. Quite annoying and not user friendly.
Its OK At least they have an app, but most other Bank apps are way better. Seems like its really just a portal app to load website content. The "Find locations" page is terrible. It always starts in NYC but I live in Boston, it cannot use the GPS to find near me, I have to know a close street address or zip, it has to rebuild the icons every time you move the map, the expanded info from the map icon info for specific locations is bigger than the map window so you cannot read it. That really is a bad experience.
Complete Joke This app is a joke. It reminds me of the 1990's. Get with it Hanscom. Unfortunately mobile is not a priority here and for that reason I'm switching banks after over 10 years.
Not good... This app is garbage!! It's very slow and un responsive. Something needs to be done about this if Hanscom wants to continue to promote "mobile banking".
