The new WSW ticket app for the new FlexTicket. “Flex25” and “Flex35” - in combination with a small monthly basic price, discounted individual tickets can be purchased very flexibly.

Functions and features:
+ The right thing for everyone - The “FlexTicket” is available in two versions:
“Flex25” costs 3.90 euros per month. There is a 25% discount on single and bicycle tickets.
“Flex35” costs 8.90 euros per month. The discount on single tickets is 35%. The bike can be taken along free of charge.
+ Everywhere: The price level is freely selectable. FlexTickets are available in all price levels. Short-haul tickets are currently not available.
+ Maximum flexibility: The FlexTicket can be canceled “at any time” at the end of a 30-day period.
+ Pay easily: You can pay easily via PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Ratings and reviews

at least in my case, there are the following issues with the app: 1: Settings don't offer the option of switching the language from English to German; 2: the app doesn't offer me SEPA as payment method for Deutschlandticket, which means that it's actually impossible for me to buy this ticket via the app; 3: in Settings, there are no infos at all (at least not in English) under the categories "Imprint", "GTC" and "Privacy";

Where are the 4er Ticket and kinder tickets? are those settings hidden somewhere? Also, why should I give a ticket owner? does it matter? if I buy a paper ticket I can give it to anyone and no questions are asked. one of the worst apps at all. no idea how much money was spent for its development but surely it was vibe coded...

The App does not work on my Android after installing. It just shows the WSW Logo without anything else. Would love to buy a 24h ticket but that is not possible with bus drivers. How again is this technology supposed to make my life easier? It just sells my data to American companies.
