i booked teamlab in abu dhabi and there was no timeslot booking then i tried to check with an agent they said i have to go there in certain time that is not suitable to me at all. i asked to cancel the ticket for a refund or have my suitable timing as the normal booking goes for this place but they said it cant be done .. very poor software for booking as it is the first time i see this happen which being forced at certain time .. booked one and will delete , their support is the worse

Due to an error with the app saying payment had not been processed, I ended up paying for an activity twice. I was offered a longer duration to keep the tickets for the activity or to be reimbursed the cost to my 'Qidz wallet.' I was refused a refund for what amounted to an error with the app. The UI on pricing for activities can appear clumped and messy. Once I use the amount in my wallet I will be uninstalling and avoiding.
