I am quite happy with the service, however there are some disappointments: First, the internet is slow and sometimes doesn't allow me to open certain websites. The app offers free service and an add-on of unlimited data if you use both your lifeline along with ACP, yet, it still hasn't been possible for me to get that. Secondly, it drops, delays and sometimes makes it impossible to make calls. I bought my own phone and got a SIM card from them. But you can't beat the service for $0.

I've been with this company for years with zero complaints until now. I've always enjoyed the unlimited plan but just recently that has changed and I have to add data to my plan. It's annoying that they changed this as I use my phone for work and depend on the data being there. Imagine in the middle of my shift my phone stops working, now for some reason, I'm using more data than I have ever used when it was unlimited and I can't work without it. Super frustrated with this change !!!
