My Chatham links residents with the services and information they need to enjoy their community and stay connected with local government in just a few clicks. This mobile app allows you to submit general questions and non-emergency service requests – all from the convenience of your smartphone.
The Request for Service feature allows citizens to easily submit request like: pothole repair, property maintenance issues, missed trash collection, and animal control issues. This app provides residents with an easy way to report a service request for action and resolution. The My Chatham app allows you to pinpoint the issue location, attach photos from your mobile device, and receive automatic notifications of status updates as your requests are fulfilled.

Worst app ever. Can't report an issue, which is why I installed app in the first place. Has my street name wrong (the name they provide doesn't even exist in Savannah)! Further, it doesn't remember login credentials, but every time I enter them, app instantly crashes. Cleared cache and uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times, but no change. On Android 11.

App continuously crashes anytime I report an issue using Android. App still continuously crashes when attempting to report issues. JULY 5th 2021 Still crashes repeatedly SEPT 5th 2021. I used to be able to submit one workorder a week using seeclickfix. Now I have to call chatham county public works directly. Can't report on web either. Worst citizen engagement program ever.

My ticket was closed and rerouted, but no explanation was provided to me on how and where to track the issue.
