Temporary events need real operational tools without the overhead of a large event-management platform. AdHocKit gives you a focused Android toolkit for check-ins, equipment handoffs, coat and bag claims, counters, scanning, and CSV workflows in one local-first workspace.
START FAST. RUN THE WORK. CLOSE IT OUT.
Create a workspace for what you are running today, add the tools you need, and keep the important state visible while the event is active.
Use AdHocKit for:
* Event check-in and attendance tracking
* Equipment checkout and temporary custody
* Radios, keys, badges, cards, tools, tablets, and other shared items
* Coat and bag claim records with explicit returns
* Persistent operational counters
* Supported QR and CODE_128 scanning
* CSV import and export
* Workspace closeout and retention
CHECK-IN
Track arrivals and attendance without building a permanent system for every temporary event. Make deliberate corrections when something changes and keep the current state available locally on the device.
WHO HAS WHAT
Record who currently has a shared item and make transfers, returns, and corrections explicit. Use it for temporary custody of radios, keys, badges, tools, cards, tablets, or other equipment.
COAT AND BAG CLAIMS
Create claim records, keep active claims visible, and complete returns deliberately so outstanding items are easier to review before closeout.
COUNTERS
Keep persistent operational counts without requiring names or identities. Use a Counter when you simply need a reliable tally during an event or temporary workflow.
QR AND BARCODE SCANNING
Use the camera to scan supported QR and CODE_128 values for faster lookups. Manual controls remain available when scanning is not practical.
AdHocKit does not automatically open or execute scanned URLs. A scan is treated as operational input, not permission to launch an arbitrary action.
CSV IMPORT AND EXPORT
Import supported CSV data through Android's system document picker with mapping, preview, and conflict review before confirmation. Export supported workspace records when you need a portable copy.
LOCAL-FIRST CORE WORKFLOWS
Your active operational data is stored locally on the Android device. Core manual workflows continue without an Internet connection, so a network outage does not stop normal local check-in, handoff, return, counter, or closeout work.
Local-only workspaces do not require an AdHocKit cloud account.
ADHOCKIT PRO AND SHARED SYNC
AdHocKit Pro is an optional one-time purchase.
Pro adds Shared Sync for selected workspaces, allowing authorized staff devices to synchronize workspace state through AdHocKit's supported cloud services.
Organizers can authenticate with email verification and invite staff to a shared workspace. Local operations commit on-device first and synchronize with conflict handling and reconciliation.
Shared Sync is optional. You can continue using local-only workspaces without a cloud account.
BUILT FOR TEMPORARY OPERATIONS
AdHocKit is designed for workflows that appear for a day, weekend, meeting, production, church event, conference, club activity, or volunteer operation and then need to be closed out cleanly.
Review outstanding state before closing a workspace, reopen it deliberately if needed, and retain or delete temporary work according to the workspace lifecycle.
PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS
Camera access is used for supported QR and barcode scanning. Internet access is used for optional Shared Sync and Google Play services such as billing.
AdHocKit does not require location, contacts, microphone, or broad storage access for its current workflows.
Run the operation you need today without turning it into a permanent enterprise system.
Event check-ins, equipment checkout, claims, counters and QR tools in one app.
