Yet again, they break a system that was working fine... both in app and desktop. Planned obsolescence much? Useless support. Accounts won't sync, web connect broke all links to any but large banks, file corruptions and constant resets, and temp or duplicate accounts created every time I try to fix it.
The app has a nice look and feel. The issue is that none of the data synchs up correctly. I have been a quicken user for years and live by the desktop app but due to the fact that the data is not valid, this is sort of useless. Out of 10 accounts you are lucky if 2 work. The others just say error updating account and show accounts haven't updated in months. Quicken needs to fix this. The support docs say to remove and reinstall app but that doesn't work. Also tried removing synch all together and adding back. All it did was corrupt my real file somehow. Thank God I had a backup or I would have lost everything. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.
Quicken user since 1998. Please add the ability to make transfers in the mobile app. Generally speaking it works well. Sometimes I have to login again. I'm not sure if that's after an update or if there's a bug.
3 years of trial and this app still can't sync my bank balance. Fat lot of good it does me without real time updates.
Recent issue signing in. Blank screen despite update, uninstall/ reinstall. Was a good program. Inuit definitely having issues. Udate: 2 weeks later, not fixed.
