not the best, the product selection is quite narrow & their prices are quite high compared to their competitors so I only order from them when there is a voucher offered, also the cheapest delivery option takes 1 to 3 hours for delivery, more like a supermarket app except that there is no physical supermarket to visit. There is room for improvement, especially in their varying delivery time based on the fees paid.

The order was delayed by 5 hours, which is completely unacceptable. Customer service is mostly automated responses (a bot) with no real support, and the small portion of human support failed to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely poor. The company is unreliable, unprofessional, and the communication was frustrating and inappropriate. I will not deal with them again and do not recommend them at all.

Very bad experience. There is no proper way to contact support except through messages, which made resolving the issue difficult. I received an incomplete order and chose to get the missing items. I was told they would arrive within 30 minutes, but after 6 hours of follow-ups, nothing was delivered. Later, they claimed the issue was resolved, but I neither received the items nor a refund. Very disappointing service and poor accountability.
