not the best, the product selection is quite narrow & their prices are quite high compared to their competitors so I only order from them when there is a voucher offered, also the cheapest delivery option takes 1 to 3 hours for delivery, more like a supermarket app except that there is no physical supermarket to visit. There is room for improvement, especially in their varying delivery time based on the fees paid.

very poor customer service to bad timing even the compensation policy is ridiculous I ordered food from holmes burger and paid the money through visa and the estimated time was between 30 to 45 min and even after 2 hours the food not delivered and not only that when I contacted the support a robot was replying and offered to get someone from the support "right away" and the right away for them take over 30 min and I am still waiting I don't recommend that app use anything else better

Very bad experience. There is no proper way to contact support except through messages, which made resolving the issue difficult. I received an incomplete order and chose to get the missing items. I was told they would arrive within 30 minutes, but after 6 hours of follow-ups, nothing was delivered. Later, they claimed the issue was resolved, but I neither received the items nor a refund. Very disappointing service and poor accountability.
