No Commitment, and No Respect for Customers’ Time Rabbit service is getting worse day after day, and this experience confirms that they are not committed at all to what they promise. I ordered grocery items and intentionally selected “Super Fast Delivery – within 20 minutes max”, paying a premium price for this service. Instead of 20 minutes, the order arrived after 65 minutes — more than three times the promised time — as if nothing wrong had happened. I do NOT recommend Rabbit

its my first trial and over all I say not bad, but not all the items are of higher quality. they don't have big varieties from international products. fast delivery. but I love to see more international varieties and not so much of goodies only products. what about Campbell's soups, other tomato sauces, lava beans cans, imported Avocados 🥑 and better quality bananas. oranges and pears looked better and bigger in the picture, I received tiny one which I wasn't happy with. supermarket best.

I'd initially given rabbit a 5 stat reveiw, but my last 4 or so orders have all had issues. Some orders would come hours late, even though they promise 20 minute delivery for extra. When you reach out to support, nothing gets done about it. You just get a 1 week coupon that ends up expiring before you use it (and you don't even always get the coupon). Don't know what's been happening recently, but I hope they step it up and go back to how they used to be.
