Terrible customer support. there is literally no phone number anyone can call if there is any support. Their chat support didn't help. The delivery guy seemed to be sleepy or drunk when we checked up on him after THREE hours, we were supposed to get our order two hours ago as of I am writing this as we paid for the speediest option too. We were patient, yet the guy seemed to have ran away. The chat customer support also did not help us in our situation whatsoever. Didn't even get our orders.

No Commitment, and No Respect for Customers’ Time Rabbit service is getting worse day after day, and this experience confirms that they are not committed at all to what they promise. I ordered grocery items and intentionally selected “Super Fast Delivery – within 20 minutes max”, paying a premium price for this service. Instead of 20 minutes, the order arrived after 65 minutes — more than three times the promised time — as if nothing wrong had happened. I do NOT recommend Rabbit

this company is rubbish!! everything is chaotic! you make the order and they just cancel it without even sorry! they don't deliver on time and just say we have loads of orders!! it's a waste of time and money!! customer support is zero! they reply in hours! No number to contact! Don't pay for your order unless it's at your door and don't count on them!! they aren't reliable!!
