not the best, the product selection is quite narrow & their prices are quite high compared to their competitors so I only order from them when there is a voucher offered, also the cheapest delivery option takes 1 to 3 hours for delivery, more like a supermarket app except that there is no physical supermarket to visit. There is room for improvement, especially in their varying delivery time based on the fees paid.

The estimated delivery time wasn't realistic (please fix it). I ordered because it showed 16–21 minutes, but the order took over an hour. I understand delays happen, and rabbit did compensate me afterward, which I appreciate. However, I'd still prefer an honest delivery estimate upfront rather than showing a very short countdown that they can't consistently meet.

I used to be a frequent customer, but I have to change my rating, the customer service is not at all up to the level when there's an actual issue, and the drivers sometimes take a lot of time to deliver the order. It's probably because they're overworked, nonetheless. Update: They no longer deliver in my area for some reason
