My experience with the Radisson Blu Stays app was exceptionally smooth and user-friendly. The interface was intuitive, well-organized, and easy to navigate, making the entire booking process seamless from start to finish. I never encountered any confusion while using the app, and completing my reservation was both quick and efficient.

I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel last year, the service, the food, and the staff were Beyond excellent. Literally a 1-minute walk from airport doors. Great location, great accommodations. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Oslo Norway.

Poor app experience. struggled for 60 days almost to get help in logging in the app. Backend system is weak they hardly respond. Kept the app installed for months without usage. Marriot Bonvoy app is much smoother and better. Please take down your App and rewards system if your backend CRM system cant handle it. I lost my rewards points just because I couldnot login in the app to book hotel for my traval as the backend helpline team could not solve problem for months.
