error messge tried 3 times to book ,got the same error message at the end "oops there is an error,try later", only to find out much later through emails that I had booked the same date 3 times, I then tried to cancel 2 of these reservations and guess what, I get the same error message.ive emailed the company to try and cancel those two,I still await an acknowledgement.all sorted now the hotel have got back to me and sorted the issue out so thank you .

this app does not work. links to faq, don't link. Empty hotels show up as unavailable. I cannot link to a service agent. I cannot add on my past stays, that I have booked in the hotel. Staff are frustrated and unknowledgeable when I give them a member code while trying to order food or drinks in the hotel. It has taken 20 minutes to pay for a glass of wine. The hotel I am currently sitting in is freezing. (reported 9:45pm yesterday, no response from housekeep) I have slept with coat and hat on.

My experience at the Country Inn Suites at 2550 Brooklyn Center was a very good experience...I was especially impressed with the patience that Faiz showed when trying to dissolve a dispute for me...very professional...I would recommend the hotel to anyone...
