Ratings and reviews

FAQ on the site states that the app has a digital card that you can add to Google Wallet. It doesn't have it. That's a basic thing you would expect from a hotel app. IOS version doesn't have it either, I checked. Why would you reply and provide such misleading information?

It seems like customer service doesn't exist at Radisson. Had a problem booking through app. Provided all requested info to the "customer service". They didn't even bother to respond. Contacted "cs" on a different issue, received a useless canned reply and a runaround. How shameful for a hugh hotel chain.

Just like the hotel's services, the app itself is also truly excellent. The navigation is exceptional, making it incredibly easy and convenient to use.
