Extremely idiotic customer care to say the least. As per hotel policy children under 12 stay for free, and if you add children in your booking you are charged. Then comes the twist, as per customer care, sir if you add children it will be treated as a an adult, just imagine a 1 year old adult! And they have absolutely no idea what to answer or how to answer, all they care about is putting the phone down! Disappointed with Radisson!

Worst app ever. I tried several times to make a booking through the app using my points, but I keep getting the message, “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

It gives quick reservation confirmation if you are a member it is quick and gives free upgrade
