Poor customer service - impossible to get a clear answer for a simple yes/no question. The support consultants provide unclear and inconsistent information. They don't even try to understand the question and customer needs. Moreover, the in-app chat is not real time - one has to wait for the answer a couple of hours and there's no notification about the answer. The application is very basic but intuitive. However, it's missing some security features offered by other banks.

Looks good and it is a good bank, but I can't find an option in English or German. There are lot of foreigners in Poland that could could use a simple optional language interface. nPost who just did that... you can see the user reaction in the reviews.

At the moment, our offer is addressed to customers with a Polish ID card, for this reason the application is in Polish language.

The customer support is awful. I asked multiple times to delete my account and all my personal information and they always give me the "wait 35 days" answer and they close the conversation after that. I rather use Revolut or Monese... or any other bank!
