⭐ 1/5 — Extremely misleading offer, very disappointing experience Very disappointed with RedRail. The ₹300 OFF first-ticket booking offer is extremely misleading. It gives the impression that you will actually save ₹300 on your first booking, but I received only ₹50 instant discount. The remaining ₹250 was supposedly added to the wallet after completing the booking. The problem is that when I tried to use the wallet balance for my next booking, I found out that only 10% of the ticket fare coul

The app is ok for ticket booking , but they do fraud in name of 3X refund . In case of 3X refund for cancelled ticket covered under 3X refund plan, they give a coupon of 2X ticket price which does not get applicable . It seemed like a type of fraud act to me. I recommended the app ti my friend and he too faced the same issue.

There is no advantage of taking it as I'd really paid extra charge for this but on confirming the status it got stuck into RAC 😭. On paying extra charges almost double the actual tkt price and not able to find the full sheet 😞. And really one #uking thing they have if you got return into your red rail wallet you can use 10% of that and according to them in 2 months I need to book it 20 times 🙄
