For the ticket booking many apps are available but first time saw the confirmation booking facility with extra charges available on this app but they made the terms and conditions for only own benefits not for the customer because I booked the tickets from patna to Vasco . I paid 600 approx extra for confirmed tickets because at that time the tickets were on the waiting list. unfortunately the ticket has not been confirmed. so they provide the voucher 3X of 600 . but I am not able to use the vou

The app is excellent. But recently with my experience whenever I try to locate where the train is from inside the train it always says "You are far from track." I don't why it's happening. My location is always on but still I can't fetch the train location. Please help

I booked two tickets recently via this app and due to some issue tickets not booked now the app says that refund initiated but it does not reflect in my account. I have tried to reach the customer care and they have the same answer.
