Recently, I booked a train ticket and requires a help regarding it but their is no way to contact customer support, their so-called customer care is only an AI-agent. It means there is no human agent to solve your problems. I think only good interface is not sufficient since it is monetary related app where human supervision is must....

Never use the ‘Alternate Trip’ feature—it’s misleading and feels designed to exploit users. The app promises a 3x refund usable for ‘any’ booking if your ticket isn’t confirmed, but hides restrictive conditions. You can only book between the same stations and within a 100 km radius. This contradicts the claim of ‘any’ booking. Such hidden terms and deceptive messaging reflect poor practices. Be cautious—this feature is more of a trap than a benefit.

worst experience with this app. Alternate trip is completely like a scam and their strategy. Right now , There's too much strict T&C(date of journey must be with in 7 days and obviously if in next 7 days there would be available why would I came here. and then voucher code is non refundable and one time use. The most irritating thing is that the voucher will be only applicable on normal ticket like without opting alternative premium guarantee) thereby am not able to avail any advantage of it.
