Active Care APP uses technology to enable a pro-active, preventive, personalized care using continuous patient engagement for pregnancy care and other special cares. With our solution, the Health Care Providers such as Hospitals, Clinics, etc. pro-actively works with the patients to achieve the best care. Our Solution is based on Cloud based SaaS and Mobile App. Our solution transforms the current reactive health care delivery model into an Active Care model. Our first offering under this model is Active pregnancy care. Our solution will also be used for cancer care, diabetic care, mental healthcare in future.

Our Mehta Hospital women Care solution for pregnancy care can greatly improve the maternal care from health care providers. This directly avoids/reduces the pregnancy complications, miscarriage, pre-mature birth, low-weight birth, and mortality.

Our features include:
1) Early Symptoms Detection Mechanism: This feature tries to detect the adverse symptoms of pregnancy women at the earliest stage possible and inform your doctor.
2) Remote Health Tracker Monitoring: Able to monitor your BP, Blood Sugar, weight, Pulse Rate, etc.
3) Enables your doctor to maintain a Health Record for you at the server.
4) Sending Reminders for Hospital Visit
5) Pregnancy Awareness creation: Enables your doctor/Hospital to educate/guide you about diet, lifestyle, environment, physical activity, travel, symptom awareness, special conditions, Postpartum, working women guidelines and many more.
