Cant update. Fast forward to 2024. I am unable to log in to account. Had to call but can't get past the verification process. I can't recall 2 transactions on my account so now I have to go in to the branch to verify it me. Is there no other form of verification other than transactions? I don't use the card often. Waste of my time to have to go in to branch.

RBC's Caribbean's App is: ✅️Stable. ✅️Reliable. ✅️Easy to use. However, there is room for improvement: 🙏Please add push notification options for account activity. For example, when debits or credits are done. 🙏Please add the ability to deny or approve debit card transactions instead of having to call customer service. 🙏Please add the login option to use Passkeys. If these are implemented, banking confidently with RBC will be imperative😃

Excellent app, works as it should and I love how biometrics are build into the app. Some suggestions would be to add a money monitor feature and option to freeze your card in the event of online fraud. Alerts can be better also when doing transactions in stores or online. Overall the app is very nice!!!
