Cant update. Fast forward to 2024. I am unable to log in to account. Had to call but can't get past the verification process. I can't recall 2 transactions on my account so now I have to go in to the branch to verify it me. Is there no other form of verification other than transactions? I don't use the card often. Waste of my time to have to go in to branch.

Hey Darren. Try this: uninstall the app completely then reinstall from the Google Play store. You should get the latest update then. -- Patrick

Everything with RBC is a pain in the Butt. I've been trying to download this app to my desktop for an hour and it won't allow me to. Tried transferring money from my phone app and it won't allow me to. I am going to research other banking options. I can't deal with RBC anymore.
