With myRaiffeisen mobile application you can keep your bank in your pocket. It is simple, user friendly and secure, indeed. Use it for transfers, credit card pay off, standing order or direct debit, or just simply track your finance with it. Access to your data and transactions are protected via PIN code or biometric authentication.

- Internet banking service - valid DirektNet credentials
- Smartphones operating on Android 7.0 or later

To register: download the app, log in with your internet banking credentials and choose a PIN code to activate Mobile Token. The Mobile token PIN code can be substituted with fingerprint scanning.

Ratings and reviews

Changed from 5 to 1 star, as a crucial feature was reversed in a recent update, namely there is no way any more to take screenshots of payments. As I need to send payment proof several time each day, it was a crucial feature for me. I need to carry a second phone to take photos of the screen with it. Very stupid. The new update does not mean much protection, but makes the app worse than before.

I've been using the app since 2020. It was stable and easy-to-use. Nowadays it's more the opposite: unstable with a bunch of errors. A couple of months ago I added another account (company) beside my personal one. Switching between my accounts often causes errors in the app. Because of these errors I also had some troubles signing / authorizing transactions, which is not acceptable in my opinion.

The app is useless I can't use it well! to do the online banking no other options, I can see all the thing's that I've purchased. No balance that appears in my account.
