Park & Ride: Park your car and seamlessly continue to the public transport network using your darb card for a smooth and convenient journey.

Tickets: The app offers several time-based first class tickets for metro and regular class tickets for bus options: for 2-hour, 3-day, 7-day, and 30-day durations. You can buy your tickets and use QR code e-tickets directly on the bus or metro. Additionally, the app provides a feature to review purchase history and travel history.

My Account: The app enables you to manage your account information at any time. This includes making changes to the name, mobile number, date of birth, and gender.

Ratings and reviews

The Android version of the app is a disaster! The concept of amount refund hasn't reached Darb app and I guess the makers of the app think this is an unnecessary option. If the developer wants to improve the user experience, the refund claim or ticket option must be available within the app instead of a helpline toll that will consume a lot of time.

bus on demand doesn't work. my booking gets cancelled so many times. I paid and everything. I already contacted customer service and they couldn't help. The service is broken and you need to fix it.

if there is zero star option I will click on that I have installed the app even unable to get verification code what the hell is wrong with it?? even I wasn't expecting this but yeah after reading all comment here I understand that this app is the worst app developer must have to do something regarding this
