Ratings and reviews

The application is very slow and all services are not working, I tried it on several different devices and everyone is having the same issue with the app, so it doesn't benefit us. we have to go to the station to meet the service agent to solve our issues !!

This application needs serious fixes. I had purchased a 30 day pass. Today after 2 weeks suddenly the pass disappeared. My purchase history is showing empty. There is no customer support either. The app is very slow. There are ticket inspections every few days and it just is unreliable putting customers in a jeopardy. Please fix this app ASAP. Few suggestions. The ticket qr code should show on home screen. Too many clicks to go to QR. App should work in offline mode. Internet is down sometime

darb app is not working in my mobile now, I reached station and open the app but automatically signed out and close the app also, my ticket QR code in app, so now I pay from my bank card, it's double payment from my side, please check and solve this issue. I am trying to call at the help line but the response is very disappointing.
