Downloaded the app, entered my information and payment information and couldn't figure out how to make a call. Tried YouTube tutorials, but they were worthless. Finally figured it out and made a call, but got the message that I had to allow Rebtel permission to make the call. I clicked on the link to take me to settings, but I have no idea what permissions I'm supposed to allow; it doesn't tell me what settings need to be changed, just that settings need to be changed. Bottom line: garbage.

The quality of the app declined with the latest release. This is the reason I use this app. I don't care about any new features if the core functionality is not there. Making phone calls fails most of the time. It attempts to initiate a call but it simply doesn't complete the operation. No ringing. And after around 20 seconds you get the busy dial tone.

The UX Design team really need to improve this. When I am in a call I don't see the number I'm calling and each time I need to call a different number of the same person i need to go back and search the name over. It could be done from the recent calls page (the 3 dots can include all of that contact's number instead of a useless "remove"!!) It's too much back & forth!! Another important one is being able to see how many minutes are left based on my credit during a call.
