HOW DOES IT WORK?

ReciMe includes both a free version and a subscription version with premium features.

The premium version allows you to:

1. Download unlimited recipes from social media, and

2. Upload unlimited images of recipes to our smart importer

3. Calculate nutrition for every recipe

You can start a 7-day free trial to access these premium features. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen for your chosen subscription period. The ReciMe Premium subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each month or year) until you cancel. Canceling your subscription means the automatic renewal will be disabled. However, you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.

I love the concept, and enjoyed the free trial. However, the yearly fee is way too steep, so I canceled the subscription 2 days before the trial ended. Imagine my surprise to find the yearly charge appearing in my checking account!! When I rechecked my subscription info, the cancelation had not gone through. I have spent 25 minutes trying to find out how to get a refund, but no luck as of now. Recime, please help!!

there are things that I like... the idea is awesome, but the execution is not. sometimes it doesn't work at all. and a lot of the time the recipe is not the recipe you are trying to save. or even close to it. for example, I just pulled one that had 10 ingredients listed in the video and the recipe was included. the recime version had 3 ingredients and a totally different method of cooking. saving grace is it links the video so you can go back and get the actual recipe

Why doesn't it work?! Never ending loading. Both when I was just trying to sign up and enter a payment method for after the free trial AND when I entered my first recipe and simply tried to edit it--- all i have gotten is endless loading. There's no reason this app would ever be helpful if this happens even 10% of the time. I'm not sure what's wrong. I love the idea of the app. But there's obviously a lot of fixes needed.
