Ratings and reviews

Needs work. Half the time you try to load an image the app crashes. This is a problem on iOS and Android as my coworkers have issues as well. Edit: after a year and a half since my last review, this app has only gotten worse. Now you can't send pictures in the app at all or it crashes. I'm changing to a 1 star. Every single other free messaging app I have used works better than this. If my work didn't require it I would have deleted this a long time ago.

only able to reply in thread occasionally. that makes it really hard to keep up with conversations and can get confusing.

Can't access. This is how we communicate at our job and I cant log in or see a thing. Uninstalled the app several times. Reset my phone several times. Still not working. Please fix it
