RedONE is becoming WORSE day by day. Not only internet line speed are getting slower and opening aps like Shopee, Lazada, CIMB becoming stressful because of the "snail speed", then they wanted to get even WORST when forced to update the Aps and then after updated i was unable to pay the bill through Shopee as usual. i've paid twice and both times it's stated refunding in progress! what's the problem? why refund without any reasons??😠 Customers can get heart attack just by using RedONE!😤

Worst telco ever, state that free call within redone telco but then there are charges stated. Then the payment amounts were much higher considering the total used for call. Not worth at all.

this is the worst Telco I've ever used. I didn't mean to use red one but I got scammed by their agent, I ask them lots of questions and they just answer yes to all of it. Is it me that I'm careless, I did ask okay? Then I'm stuck with their 6 month contract. Their plans suck! My plan has 200gb data, and I used 25% of it and they said my internet will be slowed and I can't use data Sharing anymore. This plan cost me 50.88 per month. So not worth it. This scam company just wants money.
