Most worst telco i ever use... My line keep switching from 5G to 4G without any reason... The line also become slow everytime... Dont suggest to use this telco... Everytime i ask the customer service about the slow line, they always said the same reason "technical issue".... I even have experience lost at KL because of the slow internet while using waze....

I can't even log in,this app keeps loading till "sorry,something went wrong" pops up a hundred times,how I'm going to top up my data,tch.

Could you please improve your notification system? I made my bill payment on the first of the month, but the app keeps sending me notifications to pay my baki tertunggak. It is annoying and disturbing.
