Ratings and reviews

Horrible penalty charges for early termination (contract), bad customer service (WhatsApp), very slow response, and not professional. Their reason is that there are so many people on the line, but when you don't reply, they simply terminate the chat. What do you expect us to be waiting for your reply 24/7? Rubbish and slow services and not reasonable penalty charges ! gonna port out to another telco. DO NOT USE REDONE.

terrible service i paid more on the data but yet the connection is still terrible, what's the point of paying expensive service but yet u can provide it. i have been patient for a long time but now this is unacceptable. fix ur service if u can't provide it.

this app is taking up to much space and still need an update that i delete telegram and other apps. redOne need to think about this. my phone already out of storage and always asking to free up storage but my phone full of important things since i use my phone for work. i don't have budget to buy something like portable storage or sd card since i need to save money for my family. atleast make a small update P/S: it's okay. i already clear up my phone. i got more space now.thank you for replying
