Ratings and reviews

Horrible penalty charges for early termination (contract), bad customer service (WhatsApp), very slow response, and not professional. Their reason is that there are so many people on the line, but when you don't reply, they simply terminate the chat. What do you expect us to be waiting for your reply 24/7? Rubbish and slow services and not reasonable penalty charges ! gonna port out to another telco. DO NOT USE REDONE.

Why can't I login? Everytime I login, it says the session has expired and need to re-login again. What a bad system.

i had to login every single time to pay monthly bill and fill in the password. the apps should automatically login the user everytime to access it.
