Ratings and reviews

I prefer to call the number listed in the app, b/c they tend to get me better rates (like $5-10 less than if I go just through the app. I definitely recommend being a Redi-Rewards member too! But this app is great to see upcoming & past stays, and I'm also able to keep track of my Redi-Rewards points. If I hit 7,000 points, I get a free night in my area (I think the points for free nights may be a different # in different cities/counties/states.

Overall pretty decent spot: good location, fairly clean (not Elizabeth clean [IYKYK😆] but nothing filthy or anything and more importantly no bugs!!!), the employees are pretty awesome! Not only are they friendly but they've also worked with me a couple times when I was a little late paying and also when I didn't have enough money by 11 they gave me another hour or so to get the rest. The only negative thing I have to say about the place is that it's overpriced but that's everything these days

I've had problems with the app! I'm not a fan of it! However, my stays in Mansfield, Massachusetts, have been very good! Rooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable! Front desk staff is friendly and the housekeeping staff is very friendly as well!
